eXp Realty Australia – What is Revenue Share?

What is Revenue Share exactly? People often ask what it is and how it works.

Revenue share is kind of similar to how a franchise operates in growing their offices and agents.. For example, franchises have Business Development Managers (BDM), and their job is to convert other real estate offices to their brand. 

At eXp Realty, we don’t have BDMs. We have 89,000 agents across 28 countries who (if they love the company) have the opportunity to help other agents join this amazing opportunity.

If an eXp Realty member wants to adopt a leadership position and help an agent transition into eXp Australia so that they can also have their own business (and if you join our team, I can support you in doing this) the eXp Realty member can sponsor someone into the company.

So, when that agent, say that’s you…. Sponsors someone into eXp and the agent you sponsor brings in $100,000 annually in GCI, eXp realty will reward you with $5000 (the first year) and $1750 every year after (plus bonuses) 

This is paid by the company, and doesn’t come out of anyone’s commission. Being rewarded for helping this agent, can happen every single year (and it develops seven levels). So if you bring someone into the company, and they bring someone else in, and so on, down to seven levels, you can be rewarded for that. And if you like helping people, it’s rewarding seeing them thrive in their own businesses.
